Main duties include- Contributing to and implementing outreach strategies targeted at Strategic Funding Framework (SFF) priorities- Managing a portfolio of post award cases including monitoring the delivery of project against their Approved Purposes and liaising with grantees to provide support for any issues or queries they may have- Providing pre-application advice to potential applicants across the Country and update and maintain records of advice given- Ensuring inclusion is embedded in all aspects of the Heritage Fund’s engagement and Investment work- Contributing to the development of the Fund’s knowledge of the Areas of Focus, and of groups/communities representing other SFF priorities- Supporting priority groups to develop project proposals to meet the Fund\'s priorities and outcomes- Designing, planning, and delivering inclusive events to reach a wider range of audiences, share information about the Fund and the Heritage Sector and to also encourage inclusive projects and positive relationships with potential grantees and stakeholders- Contributing to the Fund’s wider advocacy and leadership role in Scotland through developing relationships with external stakeholders and potential partners- Working collaboratively across the team with a peer support approach to encourage different discussions and perspectives- Contributing to the wider work of the Scotland team and exploring the processes and delivery of services at the Fund.
