About Lauren Arnold

As an intellectual property attorney and branding expert, I bring a unique perspective from experience in both in-house and large law firm settings. I counsel clients on a broad range of IP issues including trademark, copyright, branding strategy, and IP-focused transactions. I provide knowledgeable guidance on strategic approaches to implementing, registering, maintaining and protecting brands. I guide clients through the selection and clearance of new brands as well as counsel them on the best practices for protecting and growing long standing brands. A significant portion of my practice focuses on guiding offensive trademark enforcement strategy and defending against enforcement claims, both of which are important in protecting the strength of my clients’ brands and the significant investments in their IP. My extensive knowledge and experience in IP has also provided me with a basis for conducting seminars and educational sessions on the basics of IP law and specific strategies for both in-house attorneys and corporate executives.
