If you want someone to make pretty charts and keep everyone comfortable while your project slowly dies — I\'m not your person.But if something actually has to get done — on time, with real alignment, no hand-waving — that\'s when people call me.I\'m a technical program manager with a background in chemical engineering, which means I think in systems. Not org charts. Not status updates. Systems. What are the underlying assumptions? What\'s the logic gate nobody\'s questioning? Where\'s the loose block in the Jenga tower that\'s going to bring everything down if someone doesn\'t pay attention to it?I find that block. I surface it. I force the hard conversation. And then I make sure the thing gets built.I\'ve done this across some of the most complex technical environments in the world — the control plane for AWS\'s elastic compute cloud, Audible\'s content infrastructure, Valve\'s hardware regulatory and compliance pipeline. These aren\'t places where you get to fake it.What I bring: coordination across teams who aren\'t talking to each other. Alignment between organizations operating on different assumptions. The ability to sit in a room and make sure people are actually listening — not checking Slack, not waiting for their turn to talk — listening. Because that\'s where the big ideas get missed.I\'ve never missed a delivery. That\'s not a brag — it\'s a point of pride that I\'ve earned by being willing to have the ugly conversations early so we\'re not having catastrophic ones later.I\'m not here for corporate theater.
