About Lauren Aiyana
I help people move through what’s keeping them stuck; confusion, disconnection, trauma, fast paced world; and support my clients back into alignment with their own spirit and purpose.For 18 years, I’ve worked as a life coach, energy healer, and spiritual advisor. My path began early, as a child intuitive and empath. I was initiated as a fire keeper by a member of the Blackfoot Nation at 15, trained in natural medicine, and certified in life coaching, holistic education, energy healing, and Ayurvedic practice. For the past 20 years, I’ve studied with elders from South and North America, learning how to be a steward to nature and a grounded support for those seeking growth.I work one-on-one, in small groups, and through retreats in the Hamptons and internationally. My path has been without substances, or intermediaries. Just presence, deep listening, and the ability to meet people soul-to-soul.I don’t fix people. I walk alongside them.I’m also co-founder of WelcomeHaus — a community for women that bridges wellness, personal development, retreats, women’s circles, business, fashion, art, and design.
