Hello and Bonjour :) Here’s a bit about me: I’m all about people. And I believe life is about how you can change the world and inspire others to believe they can too. Anything is possible :) -> I love making others feel valued, cared for, understood, good about themselves and confident they can achieve pretty much anything. -> Make someone’s day. Create top shelves memories, brilliant moments, amazing experiences; more simply make what you need to do easy, simple, valuable, educational, and helpful…the kind that makes you want to spread the word about it. -> Make you feel engaged, create more effective ways of working, solve something together, share knowledge, mentor and help others to believe in their best selves, find their paths and grow. ->I have bags of energy, I’m collaborative, creative and tenacious. I like to take my time to understand the picture in front of me; yet when required I am comfortable making decisions with a level of uncertainty (51% is the magic number), make pragmatic decisions and drive actions forward. Then reassess and continue! -> I’m curious. I ask a lot of questions, I like to go under the bonnet of things. I formulate innovative tests and ways to deliver better journeys, experiences and comms. ->I love to learn. I read a lot. I’ve had a varied life and career, I can relate to different cultures and ways of thinking. Inclusion and diversity is important to me. I am passionate about horses and been around them since childhood. I love auctions and antiques, NLP, architecture and lines, haute couture and octopi. Currently I’m looking to study sustainability. -> I have worked in financial services, events and hospitality, for family businesses, boutique brands, nimble start ups and large corporate businesses too. I thrive when working in a collaborative and advisory style. -> Finally, I came to digital through analytics and digital product management. I’ve still got a real geeky side, love the power of data and insight, and I’m an advocate of testing and learning, testing and learning… Drop me a line if you’d like to chat!
