   Lead UX & product design for Minoan’s B2B retail platform, shaping end-to-end user experiences for hospitality and retail professionals.• Contribute to the design of internal systems and business tools (OMS & CMS) as well as Minoan\'s B2C Shoppable Showroom Product to improve functionality and customer engagement.• Design, iterate, and optimize product flows that drive adoption and engagement, including quoting, checkout, and order management.• Ownership of the Minoan brand and creative marketing deliverables and templates — supporting major holidays and other promotions, product marketing, brand partnerships, deals of the week, content partnerships, etc. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, brand partnerships, marketing, sales & operations to align design strategy with business goals & partner with other function leads to prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful design solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.• Drive user-centered design decisions through customer interviews, feedback loops, and usability testing.• Mentor and coach 2-3 design team members and occassional design contractors, fostering growth and elevating design quality across the organization.
