I have addressed economic issues in a wide range of litigation and regulatory proceedings including disputed mergers & acquisitions, appraisal litigation, securities and ERISA litigation, patent disputes, breach of contract claims, allegations of breaches of fiduciary duties, price fixing allegations, and claims related to the financial crisis. I have extensive experience working on matters involving valuation and damages with respect to acquisition targets, bankruptcy proceedings, breach of contract litigation, and litigation involving complex structured products such as RMBS and CDOs. I have worked at all stages of litigation, including pre-litigation consulting, class certification, merits, mediation, settlement negotiations and trials (including high profile trials involving criminal, civil, and enforcement actions) in cases covering a broad range of industries.In addition to being a Senior Vice President at Coherent Economics, I am an affiliate of Compass Lexecon as an outside consultant.
