Prior to transitioning into web development, I worked in healthcare for 14 years, primarily as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner. My experience extended from working in emergency departments and trauma centers to intensive care units, as I always thrived in dynamic & energetic environments. My pursuit to become a front end web developer stemmed from my desire for new challenges, in addition to the ability to create innovative & vibrant designs. I have found web development to be an engaging career that involves both consistent learning and an inquisitiveness to tackle complex code and optimize the user\'s experience.
