   Florida Apartment Association

   Aug 2015 — Present

   As director of communications for the Florida Apartment Association, my areas of responsibility include the award-winning Multifamily Florida magazine, monthly Florida APTitudes e-newsletter, FAA\'s social media accounts, and the FAA Smoke-Free Multifamily Housing Certification program. I develop and execute marketing plans for our signature events — Inspire, our annual conference and trade show, and Impact, our legislative conference. I oversee the content of the primary website, faahq.org, as well as the annual conference website, FAAinspire.com (currently under development). Other responsibilities include speechwriting, ghost writing, and extensive copy editing and proofreading.
