In this exciting position, I am responsible for performing a variety of activities for our entire enterprise. These responsibilities span from responding to associate needs, to preparing for potential crises, to developing the next generation of leaders. There are four roles that my position plays; a strategic partner, operations manager, emergency responder and associate mediator; in addition to being the internal voice and communicator to all associates.
