Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy- Managing a team of 1 Talent Acquisition Manager, 2 HRBP, 2 HR Assistants and 1 Internal Communications Specialist - Sustain expansion of a fast growing company with 10x peoples (from 20 to 200+ peoples in 3 years)- Sustain international expansion in 3 countries- Handle HR annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness- Lead the recruitment efforts and implement solutions in order to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the semiconductor field. Recruitment goal: 10 recruitments/month- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital- Oversee and manage a performance policy that drives high performance- Maintain a pay plan and benefits program tailored to industry standards and company needs- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs to develop employees competences - Build a strong managerial culture- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
