Highly-experienced Principal with a demonstrated history in the architecture, engineering industry. At FSB Laure is responsible for developing and leading strategic planning and growth initiatives, business development, marketing and communication, and working collaboratively with FSB’s market sector principals. Laure’s exceptional skills at establishing and maintaining client relationships continue to be a major force in driving FSB’s steady growth. Her expertise played a key role in helping FSB earn Metro 50 \"Fastest Growing Companies\" awards in 2017 and 2016.Laure was the first woman in the firm\'s history to be named to FSB’s leadership as an Associate and is now the first woman Principal of the firm. In this role she works closely with FSB\'s owners, market sector leaders, discipline directors and project managers to establish connections, develop project strategies, identify business opportunities, market diverse services and explore new markets. Laure also serves as a leadership coach and mentor, responsible for preparing future leaders within the firm.
