Managed production, implementation and administrative support for East Olivia events and worked within all approved budgets upwards of $150k. Sourced, hired and managed 30+ freelance production & creative design teams during all phases of the event process including pre-planning, event activation, and post-event tasks. Sourced any materials/products/services the clients requested. Created and distributed call sheets, quotes, generated invoices, and coordinated all logistics and travel for full-time and freelance staff to ensure successful event activations in New York, Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami (Art Basel), Austin (SXSW), etc. Executed day to day operational needs of the company, driving task completion and issue resolution. Managed and maintained client payment schedules as well as running payroll for all staff, freelancers, andvendors by sorting, sending, and tracking payment info, collecting W-9s, distributing 1099s, etc. Ensured insurance coverage per each event\'s policy guidelines, etc.
