As Chief People Officer at Singleton Construction, I’ve had the privilege of helping grow our business from 30 people to 110+ while keeping culture at the centre of everything we do.We’re a second-generation, certified woman-owned and operated business providing general contracting services to leading brands across the apparel, grocery, discount, drugstore, hotel, and pet/farm industries in nearly 40 states. Each year, we deliver thousands of projects, from high-volume multi-site programmes to open-store remodels and tenant fit-outs.But what truly sets us apart isn’t just the projects we deliver - it’s how we deliver them. In an industry often defined by turnover and transactional relationships, we’ve built a people-first culture whereour people are the driving force behind our success.
