Singleton Construction is a second-generation certified woman-owned and operated business; and we provide general contracting services to the apparel, grocery, discount, drugstore, hotel and pet/farm industries in 39 states. We specialize in high volume multi-site programs, open-store remodels, and tenant fit-outs. In 2021 we completed over projects in 32 states, with values ranging from to with 90% of those in the open-store environment. We are unlike other construction companies, we break the traditional mold of our industry – and we believe it is our culture that sets us apart. ABOUT LAURA WEAVING
As the Founder and CEO of Duo, I lead our team in working with growth focussed businesses to better understand the behaviour of their people, through our signature behavioural mapping tool. When our clients understand more about the human behaviour of the people they work with, both internally with their teams, and externally with clients, the solution to any business challenge becomes so much clearer. Using our signature behavioural mapping tool, we provide businesses with deep behavioural understanding of their team and customers, that goes on to solve some of their biggest challenges. This has resulted in accelerated growth of over £100M for our clients. In addition to this role, I am also CEO and Co-Founder at The Elevator by Duo, a solution for ambitious growth focussed female leaders, within which we run a signature women in leadership programme, community and retreats. Adding to this, I also hold a non-executive role as Chief People Officer at Singleton Construction, an ambitious, growth centric general contracting business based in the US.
