I lead a team of industry experts and customer success professionals who provide strategic guidance and professional services to corporate legal departments at the Fortune 500 on their outside counsel engagement programs. With a prior career as a corporate and commercial attorney and more than five years of experience in legal technology, pricing, and sourcing, I help clients leverage PERSUIT\'s innovative software to achieve their goals of cost savings, efficiency, diversity, and social responsibility.I joined PERSUIT as one of the first Enterprise Customer Success Managers, responsible for the retention and expansion of 20+ F500 clients, including Meta, J&J, UBS, Citibank, Walmart, Shell, and PG & E.
