I deliver one-to-one career guidance and coaching to MSc and MBA students, supporting them in defining and achieving their career goals. While I work across all programmes, my specialist focus is on business-related sustainability careers, including sustainable finance, impact investing, carbon accounting, renewables, climate tech, and green marketing.I also design and facilitate group workshops on topics such as career planning, job search strategies, and pay negotiation, drawing on labour market insights to provide students with up-to-date knowledge of the sustainability job market. A key part of my role is connecting students to opportunities across the university, leveraging partnerships and networks to help them access interdisciplinary initiatives, research, and employer engagement.Key achievement: I led the integration of sustainability across the careers programme and department by championing climate literacy and delivering Climate Fresk training for the whole team.I also serve as Co-Lead of the Education for Sustainability Special Interest Group at Imperial College London, helping to drive cross-institutional collaboration and innovation in sustainability education.
