Strategic leadership and growth for the agency’s Community Health and Wellness service lines. Programs include: immunization/travel/well visit clinics; nutrition services; blood pressure screenings; community education programs; public health and safety; and the Nurse-Family Partnership program.• Oversaw the rollout of unprecedented COVID-19 vaccination program, resulting in vaccines given, including a regional homebound program (200+ individuals) and a 4-month program focusing on vaccine equity in Danbury, CT (800+ individuals). Applied for and was awarded over $100K for vaccine equity work.• Wrote proposal and received over $1M in state funds to grow evidence-based Nurse-Family Partnership program in region to improve birth outcomes and provide ongoing support to 50+ first-time moms.• Established partnership with Danbury Public Schools to provide school-based well child clinics to enable newly registered students to attend schools quickly. Over 200 students served in first year of collaboration. Applied for and received over $45K in state and city funds to do this work. • Re-imagined community nutrition program and travel health clinic to streamline services and increase revenue within department.
