Commercial and strategic leader in talent development, and people and culture. I currently lead the talent development, engagement, recruitment, global mobility, resource management, early careers, and reward & performance teams across Norton Rose Fulbright\'s EMEA offices. I oversee the management and development of our diverse and talented workforce, and align our people practices with our global vision and values.In my previous role as Deputy Head of Commercial and Head of RM, I supported the transformation of our commercial operations and processes (pricing, resource management, legal project management, and commercial management), with a focus on the adoption of legal tech across the firm. During this time I co-led our innovative NRF Transform graduate programme, which attracts and nurtures graduates with diverse skills and backgrounds. I have extensive skills and experience in leadership, talent development, talent acquisition, budgeting, project management, transformation, process improvement, organisational design, change management and workforce planning, which I leverage to deliver value and excellence to our clients and colleagues. Identifying opportunities to enhance work processes through AI integration, driving improvements in skill development, and considering impact on organisational design, and training strategies.
