ABOUT LAURA RUDICIL

It\'s all about relationships for me.with applicants, candidates, co-workers, recruiters, employees, hiring managers, vendors, and partners. I am convinced that my success is a direct result of my ability to build and maintain professional relationships.all that, combined my ability to listen well, learn the business and be transparent mixed with a keen sense of humor. My strength is in recruiting - the hunt. I thrive on being challenged with the impossible to fill role, that hard to find skill set. But, I have also developed strong HR and other skills including but not limited to: writing & communicating policy; selecting & administering benefits; authoring, driving & communicating corporate culture; dabbling in payroll under the eye of the CFO; creating & administering performance programs; how to enter a new country; creating and delivering training for recruiters & interviewers; on-boarding new hires; event planning; project management; facility management, etc. I have worked for a very large complex corporation, a start-up & a mid-size corporation that grew into a large global company recruiting for all levels from entry to executive, from technical to sales to functional to consulting to direct care clinicians. I have recruited across the globe, working a split shift to be available for my team, the hiring managers & candidates in the Middle East, Europe & AsiaPac (so as not have to use a calculator to figure out time zones). I have recruited for companies with world-wide recognition with thousands of applicants, and for companies without any brand recognition and no place online for candidates to apply. I have recruited for emerging lines of business as well as the core foundation of the company. In other words, I\'d say I am very versatile, nimble, adaptable, up for a challenge.
