There are huge skills shortages in the Cyber Security industry and we work collaboratively with government, industry and academia to engage with a more diverse range of people, inspiring them to consider a career in BT Security through outreach, events, work experience, retraining and skills development.Developed BT\'s first of a kind award-winning managed reskilling programme for 30 BT employees to retrain in Cyber Security with education partners CAPSLOCK : https://newsroom.bt.com/bt-launches-employee-cyber-security-reskilling-programme-in-partnership-with-capslock/ Lead on BT Security\'s partnerships and outreach, which includes the NCSC\'s CyberFirst programme and the UK Cyber Security Council.
