My practice focuses on navigating around competitive IP landscapes in Europe - whether that’s building a suite of defensive IP, strategic patent enforcement or challenging competitor patents. I’m active at the UPC and EPO. I partner with clients in the contentious areas of medtech, industrial engineering and consumer goods. I love problem-solving, and working as part of a team to provide a holistic and pragmatic approach.
