   Recruited to join a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital. Recapitalized December 2021 and now a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus. Leads a team of HR professionals encompassing Talent Acquisition; Health, Welfare & Retirement; HRIS and HR Operations; Digital HR & HR Technology; Talent Development & Retention, Payroll and HR Business Partners. Driving organization to be an employer of choice. Chairs TRC’s Culture Committees - oneTRC (D&I), GROW (women’s network) and the People Committee. Implemented STEP (intern program) and engaged 220+ interns for Summer 2021 and 360+ interns for Summer 2022 and achieved over 60% diversity for both intern classes. Hired 80+ interns from Summer 2022 Class. Rebuilt TRC’s Talent Acquisition team resulting in over 2,400 professionals hired over 10 months during the Great Resignation of 2022. Implemented AI recruiting tools and set up virtual talent communities. Established a military talent acquisition team with a July 1st launch date. Implemented Aon’s healthcare exchange January 2020 that provided a broad range of services to the TRC team members, successfully “tapped down” escalating healthcare costs below average and delivered a multi-million dollar annual savings. Member of the TRC Digital Steerco. Completed over 50 digital initiatives resulting in process improvements, employee self-service tools and a 24/7 employee experience. Lead HR pre- and post-merger including due diligence for 11 acquisitions during tenure. Member of SteerCo Committees - Digital, M&A, ESG, and two client specific projects.
