Within the TUI Group, we implemented SAP Success Factors. This covers Reward, Performance & Succession, Data & Analytics, Recruiting and Learning across our core regions and businesses. As the Systems Training Manager my role is to be the the training SME across all work streams rolling out best practice across the business to HR, managers, and employees. I have overall responsibility for all training content, master documentation and overall accountability for the training delivery strategy for TUI People, our global HR system. The role also has overall responsibility for WalkMe, TUI’s new Digital Adoption suite
