Working with major household names on deployment of new technologies and migrations into Google Workspace. Managing programmes of work that included Change Management, Technical and Training streams. Within this role I have managed the largest migration of its type that the company has done, as well as pioneering and creating the blueprint for rolling out of new technologies. My role is focused on communication, delivery and budget management. To help ensure deadlines are met I organise meetings and run workshops with the client and implement regular reporting to stakeholders. A key part of my role is resourcing the project and working closely with the delivery team in order to create the statement of work, agree communication styles and manage risk and change procedures. I can adapt working styles to the clients preferred method, whilst applying lessons learnt for effective delivery.
