ABOUT LAURA POLE
I am a Senior Consultant in the Strategic Risk Consulting team at Marsh, where I advise public and private sector clients on how to navigate climate risks and strengthen their overall resilience to shocks. Having worked for the United Nations in South Africa, Tanzania, Egypt, and Italy, I have five years\' experience in delivering projects across diverse contexts and in deploying strong analytical skills to tackle complex challenges. I specialise in strengthening systems to enhance sustainability, emergency preparedness, and resilience to shocks, particularly for climate risks in sub-Saharan Africa and beyond.
