My passion is bringing strategies of Emotional Intelligence & Mindfulness to equip individuals & companies to improve focus, heighten performance & strengthen leadership skills to achieve greatness while humazing work. Through an in-depth Discovery and data-focused approach, I work with my clients to uncover their needs/obstacles that lead us to create solutions, which help move them from vision to reality. Beginning when I was a teenager, I worked as a team leader at Pecos River Learning Center in Santa Fe, an emotional intelligence based ropes course curriculum that inspired me towards my personal growth and love for team building. I learned early about the importance of stepping out as an entrepreneur and developing myself both personally and professionally. I have always been extremely committed to continuing my education in all areas. I remain dedicated to all of my skills being polished including the financial services industry, training & facilitation certifications, obtaining my coaching designation with (ICF) International Coaching Federation and now with an amazing institute SIY Global to bring all of my collective efforts together for the well being and improvement of others. I am completely committed to getting my clients to a place where they succeed more often, reach their goals and realize their vision. I believe that the one thing we cannot predict is life and the changes that life brings us. When you have financial security you have options and choices with the added ability to be abundant. I want people to always have that option by being able to choose their future path. For these reasons, I primarily work with financial services and other emerging business development markets. I want to help these professionals be the best they can be so that, together, we can make an exponential impact on the health of society.
