ABOUT LAURA NUTZELL

I have 25 years experience as a broadcast creative services and marketing writer and producer, with a wide range of experience in media promotion, community relations, and advertising.I have a passion for working directly with clients and helping them achieve their marketing and PR goals. The communications industry is changing rapidly, As a result, I am shifting into social and digital media management. My background in television promotions and marketing makes me ideally suited to move into this new field since the skill set is similar. You must be able to write compelling and relevant copy, produce engaging visual elements and work as part of a team to achieve your client\'s goals. At the same time, you need to be able to analyze metrics and audience and be able to react quickly should the need arise. Working in the \"tactical\' side of marketing and public relations campaigns gives me a \"real world attitude\" and understanding of how media works. I can speak to clients and members of the creative team in their own language, and help them see how my product, service or company is relevant to their viewers\' and readers\' lives. I enjoy being part of a talented and creative team. I learn from my team mates and am always willing to jump in and help them or a client solve problems. I am a creative thinker who, at the same time, is analytical, organized, deadline oriented and capable of leading a team effectively to produce measurable results for my clients.
