I\'m also a core member of Accenture\'s Strategy & Consulting Talent & Organization practice, where I focus on what matters most: helping leaders make better decisions and activating talent strategies that actually work.My career has taken me deep into the worlds of Retail, Fashion & Beauty, Communications, Media & Technology, and Life Sciences. Whether I\'m helping a Fortune 10 pharmaceutical company redesign their talent architecture, guiding a global beauty brand through digital transformation (think PIM, DAM, and omnichannel innovation), or supporting media companies in reimagining their workforce for the AI era—I bring the same energy: strategic thinking meets hands-on activation.What sets me apart?
