   In this role, I lead the external communication strategy for the Peripheral Vascular Health operating unit, providing proactive and reactive communications guidance. My responsibilities including leading targeted communications outreach to drive media and other external stakeholder interest in business updates, as well as partner with the Medtronic corporate communications team to tell the OU story. In addition, I work with partners across the company to manage the OUs crisis communications response when critical or reputational issues arise, providing counsel to mitigate risk and prevent reputational damage.
