ABOUT LAURA GINGER
I am a qualified Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, a certified Lean Practitioner and qualified in Change Management. After leaving The University of Northampton with a Marketing and Advertising Degree, I thought I\'d get a temporary job whilst looking for a \'real job\'. 14 years later I worked my way up to Deputy Admin Manager to Lean Practitioner/ Business Change Analyst within the Project Management Department at Vanarama/ Autotrader. In November 2020, I took on the role as Business Change Manager/ Leasing Squad Lead managing a team of Support Executives, Data Analysts and a RPA development team.In 2025, I was Squad Lead for the CXI team within Autotrader to cover maternity leave looking at customer journeys and process improvements.In 2026 I took on a new role within Sodexo Government section as Business Improvement and Change Manager.
