In my latest role I set up a team of Recruiters from scratch, who hire mid to senior-level candidates into Corporate Functions roles across the EMEA region, for both new market launches and existing sites. I also have a strong focus on Project Management, including the definition and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives: improving candidate experience throughout the recruitment process; reviewing and updating recruitment SOP\'s; and improving training content. In the earlier stages of my career I specialised in Strategic Talent Acquisition Business Partnering, with a focus on International Executive Search. Amazon are a company of pioneers.
