   Oversee and direct On Figure and Lay down product photography in a high volume, fast paced environment while maintaining high creative standards from start to finish • Create and distribute creative direction and shot guides for both on product and lay down photography in partnership with styling to ensure clear communication and execution across multiple sets • Continuously evolve and elevate creative strategies and art direction in partnership with styling and Marketing • Collaborate with Marketing Creative to create assets to support seasonal campaigns that can be leveraged from PPOF sets for cost efficiency and quick turnarounds • Concept and execute projects like seasonal press books that highlight product stories across the season for press and media use and promotion • Identifying casting that elevates product across 3 different sizes in women’s, as well as men’s and kids with support from production partners • Create hair and make up guides tailored for each model to create a unique yet consistent point of view • Identify opportunities to streamline work flow and partner with appropriate teams to establish new processes that make work more efficient for all studio partners • Lead weekly image review with senior studio team members and VP of Creative
