Member since October 2024, Chair since January 2025Balance for Aurora is a committee unique to the Bristol Office which is dedicated to building a connected, inclusive, and welcoming office community. We aim to do this by being visible champions of DEI, wellbeing, and Pro-Bono and by creating a culture of dialogue, learning, and celebration across all teams. Managed annual committee budget, including spend allocation, supplier set up and invoice payments. Lead on dozens of high-impact events across DEI, wellbeing and responsible business initiatives. Chaired monthly committee meetings and communicated key messages to internal senior stakeholders Managed event communications plans, sourced speakers and panellists, and coordinated event logistics. Worked with the committee to raise the internal and external profile of the Bristol Office culture. Developed strong relationships with local charities and community partners. Strengthened collaboration and communication within the firm’s diversity networks. Embedded new structure, governance, and operational systems necessary for the network to function well.
