As People Business Partner working for Growth teams based in France, Spain & Germany, my missions are to- Work closely with top managers and business leaders to understand the overall business strategy, and then develop people strategies and initiatives that support and align with their objectives- Be the point of contact for teams and managers, from their onboarding and for the rest of their time at the company- Provide HR guidance to managers on a wide range of HR issues, supported by experts in different HR fields (talent acquisition, people operations, learning & development team, etc…) to deliver the best employee and manager experience- Drive continuous improvement by making sure our People system, initiatives, and processes, answer business needsQonto is the leading European business finance solution.
