ABOUT LAURA LLOVET
I\'m an avid motorcycle rider, writer, content marketer, fitness junkie and business owner living in the Bay Area. I got my degree in journalism from Louisiana State University. After graduating in 2009, I stayed far away from anything adventurous or spontaneous, and instead began working full-time. Fortunately, I unearthed my love for two wheels in the summer of 2011. After riding on the back of a friend’s Triumph Daytona, I immediately got my motorcycle endorsement, purchased a 2009 Kawasaki Ninja, and moved out West to seek a more audacious life and career. I landed in the Bay Area in November 2011 and haven\'t looked back. I charged forward in a career in hi-tech, raced motorcycles on some of the best tracks in the country, met the man of my dreams, got super fit, and collected a few cats along the way. After almost eight years in the Bay Area working as a content/email/demand-gen marketer, I decided to pursue what I\'m truly passionate about: health and fitness. I\'m the owner of Volofit Oakland Uptown, and honored to be a part of the Oakland community. I hope to enrich this amazing city by providing top-notch health and wellness services.
