After a fulfilling 40-year career in media sales, I’ve transitioned into a new chapter of life, retiring from sales, and I\'m now on the path to becoming a certified yoga teacher. Throughout my career, I developed deep expertise in client relationships, strategic partnerships, and driving business growth, honing skills in communication, problem-solving, and building lasting connections. Now, I’m channeling that experience into my passion for health, wellness, and mindfulness. As I reinvent myself from a \"stress cadet\" to a more calm and mindful individual, I am committed to helping others find balance, strength, and peace. I truly believe that everyone could benefit from less stress, and I’m dedicated to offering tools and practices to help others live more mindfully, cultivating well-being in all areas of life. I’m excited to blend my professional background with my new path in wellness, and my ultimate goal is to lead wellness retreats where individuals can take time to recharge, reflect, and grow.
