The materials developed included 2 semester long projects, all quizzes, exams and study material for the course. Beverage Management HRM 125The students learn about Wine (still, sparkling and fortified) Beer, Spirits and Sake styles and the respective production methods. The course also focuses on the students comprehension of how to cost out menu items, understand inventory systems, theft prevention and how to design and develop a beverage program. Students also obtain ServeSafe Alcohol certification during this course.
