I see my role as being a mentor to all in my group, and with every interaction, it\'s my intention to help that person execute their work more smoothly, efficiently and with greater ease. I\'m always looking for ways to work myself out of a job, and I see this as the secret sauce to growth. If I\'ve taught those in my team to do more, to take more off my plate then I can tackle more process improvements, and leaves space for our company to grow and as a result, team members are in a position to grow too. I\'m a strong advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, not only because it\'s the right thing to do, but even more so, this is where you find undervalued talent and overlooked opportunities. Being creative, flexible and adaptable, with a strong focus on results and a lighter touch on the methods to achieve them has placed us in a uniquely enviable position in the market, and allows us to serve clients in a way that other companies simply can\'t compete with. I see leadership as a synonym to service, and take my role of supporting my team\'s growth as my primary purpose.
