Responsibilities include: • Leading our service delivery in the North West of England, 6 direct reports (Area Managers) and 100 employees (mental health practitioners). • Lead responsible for the largest NHS contract with Greater Manchester (GM) ICB and relationships with commissioners in 5 localities across GM. • Member of the Thrive in Education strategic board in Greater Manchester, includes CAMHs, VCSE leads, commissioners and education leaders. • Strategic thinker and work with the Regional Director to develop the North Business Strategy and growth plan. • Responsible for identifying and growing partnership opportunities. • Adept at developing new commissioning pilots: o Successfully initiated new commissioned pilot for community-based delivery in Stretford, funded by Trafford council which has been extended. • Develop business frameworks to ensure the organisation adheres to high standards of quality and consistency, using data informed decisions working with Microsoft Power BI. • Develop and executed proposals for funders, including corporate, trusts and philanthropists. • Establish and leads teams to support business development proposals/tender bids.
