ABOUT LAURA WELSH
I am a Principal Associate in Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP. I’m an experienced litigator, who also specialise in Corporate Crime with a particular focus on compliance, bribery, money laundering and fraud. I work with all types of organisations supporting them with both internal and external investigations. I previously spent seven months on secondment in the FCA’s enforcement division working on a large multi-jurisdictional money laundering investigation. I am on the strategic board of the Wales Fraud Forum, a not for profit organisation that seeks to educate individual and business about fraud.
