I have worked in Accounts Receivable since 2004. I have been involved in several acquisitions and data conversions, integrations, system enhancements and upgrades. I have experience in the Cash department, the analyst group, and most recently Collections and business process analytics. I have a strong understanding of the billing systems and the full revenue cycle. I am responsible for maintaining the system configurations in AR and billing including charge mapping to GL, business unit set up, late fee configuration, and system interface transactions.
