After 20 years in digital marketing and client services, working across both agency and in-house roles, I decided to take a step in a new direction. I’m now a Partnerships and Insight Manager at UK Community Foundations, supporting partnerships and programmes that channel funding into communities across the UK. Alongside this, I’m studying part-time as a counsellor - a career change that has opened up a new and meaningful direction for me. My earlier experience spans FMCG, retail, tech, finance and healthcare, with a focus on client relationships, account growth and team leadership, including roles as part of senior leadership teams.
