Previously MD at Clicky Media for 7 years. Achieving the Bcorp certification for Clicky inspired the creation of Truth - better organisations today. Launched November 2023. We offer assistance for businesses to achieve their Bcorp certification. The 5 areas that Bcorp test businesses on are Governance, Workers, Community, Environment and Customers. At Truth we help with everything from the initial BIA assessment through the set up of operational processes, people benefits, CSR, legal, data security and environmental goals. We start with a workshop and go from there, making the process faster and easier. We attend a board meeting and all company update to ensure that the whole team is involved. Becoming a Bcorp \'professionalises\' your business. It is a long term commitment that means a huge amount to your team, your customers. It means you are living by your values and have made a commitment to people and planet. Globally we need to make a difference and behave better - Bcorps are already behaving better. Bcorps work with Bcorps. Sustainablity is at the top of every board agenda and is not something that can be ignored.
