In a world that\'s constantly telling us we need to speed up, I\'m here to remind us that the magic happens when we start to slow down.As a strategic communications leader, I develop and execute critical communications strategies to drive internal collaboration, alignment and engagement to empower our people and enable key business priorities.Most recently, I supported executive leadership as a writer and editor through scripts, speeches, talking points, and comprehensive media and event briefings. Channeling the unique voice of the individual I\'m serving is my specialty, and I\'ve never met a typo I didn\'t want to fix.Previously, I focused on helping organizations navigate large scale digital, process, and technology transformations. My expertise in this space centered on communications strategy and execution as well as business engagement, readiness, and adoption.I\'m passionate about functional nutrition, the therapeutic applications of yoga, and giving back within my community.
