I am a self-motivated professional with a proven record of meeting my objectives as a result of building strong relationships, both internal and external to the organization, that leverage my skills as an effective communicator, my attention to detail, and my focus on being a collaborative team member. Some of the reasons for my success are my trustworthiness, proactive approach, and reliability. What is somewhat unusual about me is that I enjoy change because it keeps things interesting and is necessary to improve. Also, I try to listen more than I speak in order to be a more effective communicator. This has been an evolution, but I keep striving to improve. I think the fact that I enjoy solving puzzles has been a plus throughout my career. Each role is challenging, sometimes fun, and it is interesting to figure out the path that ultimately leads to meeting the objective. I also take pleasure in mentoring colleagues who are at the start of their careers or are just looking for another person\'s input. It turns out that I learn a lot in return from the people I mentor, and we have forged long-lasting relationships. Whatever the industry, I believe I have a core set of skills that enable me to meet each challenge successfully. I am a quick study and always interested in learning something new.
