About Laura Biewer

Before establishing my own mobile notary service, I was a corporate executive who was inspired to establish my own assisted-living facility for seniors. While operating Lea\'s place, I observed these clients had documents needing notarization but found it difficult to find a notary to come to my facility. Extra time, special skills, and the accommodation needed for clients created a roadblock in securing this service. The obvious answer was to become a notary myself! I began providing notary services to clients in other facilities, private homes, and business offices in Modesto. I expanded my notary services certifying as a loan signing professional. In 2006 I qualified as a CA notary training instructor through the National Notary Association to participate in helping notaries understand the vital nature of the work they perform. By combining my business, teaching, and notarial expertise, I have been able to help other notaries to feel confident and competent in performing their notary duties. In late 2018, I added training videos on how to expand their own business by sharing how \"niche\" work gained them access to assignments that most notaries don\'t think of with Laura Biewer Presents (LBP) replay library. I currently work on collaborative projects like Notary Symposium an annual notary educational and networking event in Nov every year, Notary Business Builder (NBB) a next level mastermind alliance for notaries looking for advanced training and exposure to experts. Also, Tuesday Notary Titans (TNT) a free weekly coaching zoom call that answers questions and grows their notary network.    I have the privilege to facilitate and certify Board elections for Homeowners Associations (HOA). I help them comply with the CA 2020 requirements of using an impartial 3rd party to facilitate elections, CC & R, and Bylaw approvals. Services include providing a secure receiving address for the ballots, providing updated counts before the meeting, cross reference ballots to owners list, conducting the counts, create the Results and Certification report, and optionally provide ballot storage for up to 1 yr. For larger Associations, I can provide additional notaries for tabulation of ballots.
