ABOUT LAURA HUIQI

I am a hustler and lifelong explorer with expertise in strategic and financial planning, go-to-market strategy, and project management. I am currently a full-time Strategy & Business Operations Lead at TikTok, focusing on leveraging data and collaborating with stakeholders to make better-er decisions. I enjoyed understanding and developing a strategy around complex business opportunities. Previous experience:+ Fundraising: helped several startups raise from seed round to series-A and series-B to series-D+ Go-to-Market: structured GTM strategy for a series B messaging startup, acquired by Google; developed pricing strategies for Cedar\'s new product CedarPre+ OKR Planning: developed and streamlined OKR planning process for startups+ Business Analytics: started my career as a Quant Researcher; built out KPI analytics platforms for several startups+ Early Stage Investment: due diligence for early-stage focused VC firms+ Event Planning: organized over 100 panels, forums, and pitch competitionsOutside the normal workday, I have been part of several startup founding teams and enjoy working on entrepreneurial ideas that help further social gains through technology.
