Leads the creation and strategic direction of the annual stewardship and cultivation calendar for Corporate Contacts, Leadership Giving and Planned Giving Donors, ensuring that our most important donors and partners continue to grow in their engagement and support of Make-A-Wish.Works with Leadership on the strategic direction of stewardship and cultivation of the National Board of Directors, with the goal of increased engagement and retention/upgrade of existing support/giving.Collaborates with Sr. Director to streamline processes and ensures best practices in donor relations and stewardship. Create policies and procedures, quality control guidelines, and standards for all donor/corporate partner recognition and stewardship.Partners with leadership to understand and synthesize campaign funding opportunities, translating programmatic and capital priorities into compelling, motivating opportunities for support via stewardship and cultivation plans and strategies. Develops related stewardship materials and tracking systems.For all campaigns/drive periods, acts as main point of contact for Leadership Gift, Major Gift and Planned Giving teams. Provides strategic support, builds and executes the activation plans for these teams at the National and Chapter levels.Manages the intake and execution of all CEO/CRO/COO cultivation requests, ensuring that they meet all necessary criteria and are accomplished with a high level of excellence.Works with Director to analyze current stewardship programs according to performance to determine return on investment, retention and growth potential.
