I thrive on helping people realize their career goals. After 25 years in higher education management, working in various career services and alumni affairs roles, I\'ve returned to my craft - career advising and employer relations. My work with students and alumni focuses on active listening, sharing current industry and job search trends, and crafting unique strategies to succeed in the job market. My work with employers is much the same. I want to understand their hiring needs and identify campus solutions to resolve them.
